All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to e-mail address: diva@shopandcrop.com, or snail mailed to the Diva at It's A Diva Crop, PO Box 1237, Germantown, MD  20875-1237.  
If snail mailed, they must be postmarked by the dates listed below.

• For any cancellations made from Registration date through 25 days before the event start-date, there will be a $20.00 processing fee deducted from any monies refunded to you.

• For any cancellations made from Registration date through 24-15 days before the event start-date, there will be a $30.00 processing fee deducted from any monies refunded to you.

• For any cancellations that are made after 14 days or less before the event start-date, all monies paid are Non-Refundable.

NOTE:
If you have paid your registration by check, your refund will not be mailed until your check clears the bank.  If you have paid your registration by credit card, your refund will be minus our credit card processing fee.
       
NO SHOWS:
NO SHOWS = ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Anyone who does not show up at the crop without prior notice are considered to be NO SHOWS.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you make arrangements with someone to fill your spot, the DIVA has to be notified in advance.  Otherwise, your replacement will not be allowed to attend and no refund will be given by the DIVA, to either party.  Arrangements such as these need to be handled completely between the two parties and not involve the DIVA.
